FORCE LEAVE Thats seems to be a very well known practice now in Malaysian company. My leave records says that I have been applying for leaves every other month, but all have been rejected. The only leave approved is all got to do with this FORCE LEAVE. Arghhh....what the hack!! bought a flight ticket and enjoy my self in Langkawi...and ohh boy!!! Langkawi has change alot since the last time I was there.. ;-)
